Broke within a week. Spent hr upon hr trying to diagnose issue having tried the various online help. Sent various files in various settings as requested by chat. Restarted chat multiple times and waited in long cue multiple times as chat agent would not wait,(insufficient personnel). No direct contact with technically proficient customercare. Fed multiple, stock, answers and solutions by agents with no knowledge so no better than online help faqs. No offer of replacement despite open ended timeframe for engineer visit 3 months +. No updates.

Wattbike have not resolved my broken Wattbike atom it’s been 2 months of promised return calls tons of emails and no answers they took it away with no idea of how long it will continue for! I’m fed up of waiting I spent all that money on something I can’t use and they just don’t give a s**t at all. Worse customer care I ever had and there’s sod all I can do but wait and moan about it

Can’t praise it enough. After sales was pretty good too when the little switch broke (despite lock down).My only minor comments would be:Doesn’t seem to be spare arm pads for tribars on the webSeat doesn’t easily adjust forwards/back (to allow multiple users)On/off switch a bit flimsyHave to “update” app nearly every time I get on. Which is daily.


Love the bike and links to apps / rides. My only minor irritant was length of delivery and the lack of personal engagement during that time. Would highly recommend the bike though

Excellent service and product. The Atom is an absolute game changer and has been worth it's weight in gold over winter.

This is an indoor cycle trainer, not a spinning bike alternative. I’ve had nothing but great experience of purchasing this product pre sales, post sales and just over 24 months on I’ve not had a problem with several 1000 Km on the clock. If you need to share and therefore adjust the set up regularly it can be a little annoying, but there are some creative people with 3d printing that have made adjusting bolts simpler along with other improvements, but the actual machine is great!

Excellent and reliable product, works well with Zwift keeping me fit during the long European winters!

Bike arrived with a defect (right side) gear changer cover slips. Despite flagging it has not been addressed. Very frustrating. Other than the the bike is as expected. Found the customer services slow to respond and not overly helpful(point above).

Had my Wattbike for 13 months now. It has been used by myself and my wife. This is the best piece of indoor equipment i have ever purchased for home use even at £1600 its still worth the money. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy one (only downside was the waiting list time)

Whilst the wait for a Wattbike is unreasonably long in this age of click and collect, it is worth it. The Atom is a very well built and reliable piece of kit and works well across many cycling platforms. Its also very adaptable and all members of the family use it regularly. So far its covered nearly 2000 virtual miles fault free bar a few Bluetooth glitches. After sales responses to queries can take a while and are not always 100% satisfactory, but get there in the end. Would I buy again? Definitely 'Yes'.

I went into lock down in 2020 dreading not being able to ride my bike as I was shielding my wife. I have ridden 3,300 miles since May 2020 through the Rouvy platform and at present I am leading the solo rider category in the 2,600 mile Coast to Coast Transcontinental Race.My Watt Bike Atom has been a brilliant investment

Overall positive experience with product and service, but definitely room for improvement. Hopefully post-pandemic aftercare service and iterative hardware/software upgrades will see them move to definite 5* status.
